Evidence screenshot shows catherine hennessey driving away from keystone market may 21, 2025, after lying to the owner that she felt unsafe and got him to walk her out. notice the big smile....she is laughing, not scared. the judge will not like this, since she submitted these obvious manipulative lies in a sworn affidavit for an HPO after attacking ME!. she has stated numerous times she is afraid of me...after the assault and battery from Catherine Hennessey and Henry Brook Batteau the other night, she foolishly puts this incident in her affidavit....where she drives away laughing, without a shred of fear or remorse for her evil ways. She is evil as evil gets and I now worry for my safety. She has ideated harm in writing and now has manifested it. Will she murder me next? She projected as much 2 years ago.“I walked into the Shelburne Falls Market … saw
Mr Sendelbach turning the corner … he froze
and puffed himself up really big to try to block
me from going down the aisle.”
SENDELBACH Sworn Testimony: : Sendelbach walk up
alley, spot her getting out of car 10 ft away,
looks straight ahead, never stares or
blocks anything, continues to deli in opposite
corner. She follows Sendelbach.
“I said ‘excuse me’ and walked past, at which
point he again started yelling at me and
gesticulating wildly.”
SENDELBACH Video: Sendelbach stops, turns calmly when
she cackles 5 ft behind him. Sendelbach does
not yell, does not gesticulate, stands
perfectly still while she passes within inches.
“I stopped in my tracks and, in a loud voice,
asked for help because I didn’t feel safe.”
“Mr Sendelbach ran out … took up a spot
directly in front of my car … waiting for me …
Rather than approaching him … I asked the
owner to walk me to my car.”
SENDELBACH Sworn Testimony: She screams “I feel
unsafe” at the top of her lungs after
Sendelbach calmly say “you’ve got a lawsuit
coming.” Tall cashier laughs – thinks it’s a
joke.
SENDELBACH Video: Sendelbach sits calmly on public bench
20+ ft away, filming. Owner walks her across;
she drives slowly past SENDELBACH laughing +
flipping SENDELBACH off, as Sendelbach talks to store
owner telling him the truth about her maniacal behavior.
the fact that henneseey would harrass me for five years, beat me and throw my phone in the the river destroying felony evidence, then file a harrassment report against me, after failing an earlier one, and submitting the same already adjuicated lies.... that alone lands her in jail...so dumb she is. so fucking dumb.
it is all the proof anyone needs to show she is a danger to society. Her sinister behavior is the most disturbing I have ever encountered. As she was beating me, following me, attempting to trip me, I have come to realize it is a practiced behavior. both her and brook knew just what to do. Gang up, punch from behind, destroy any evidence. nobody gets that good at abuse, script flipping and criminal manipulation without practice. The only question is who else has she victimized in her demonic presence?
