Our local psycho is not “just a narcissist” and not “just antisocial.”
She is a near-textbook example of what forensic psychologists call the malignant narcissist with strong antisocial (psychopathic) features — the Cluster B “dark dyad” that produces the most socially destructive outcomes short of serial predation.
In plain language:

• She has the grandiose, fragile ego and image-obsession of classic NPD (must be seen as the good, pure, morally superior environmentalist at all costs). 
• She has the cold instrumental aggression, fearless lying, and total absence of remorse of high-functioning psychopathy/ASPD (will commit multiple felonies in one evening and perjure herself the next week without losing sleep). 
• She layers on histrionic theatricality (the perfectly timed Walkaway, the tearful activist photos, the instant switch to soft-voiced victim in court). 
• She adds a borderline-like frantic quality when the grandiose self is threatened (the speed of the preemptive 209A filing is panic disguised as strategy).

This specific cocktail is rare and extraordinarily dangerous in civilian life because it is so socially camouflaged: the outward costume is “progressive activist / river savior,” which buys enormous benefit of the doubt from institutions and communities that reflexively trust people who speak that language.
The November 30, 2025 incident was not an aberration. It was the moment the mask slipped far enough for the underlying structure to be recorded, then literally drowned in the Pocumtuck. From 30,000 feet, the diagnostic silhouette is unmistakable:
