Chief Greg Bardwell earns FBI trilogy award in Shelburne
Congratulations to Chief Greg Bardwell for completing the Executive Leadership Institute Training Course earning him the distinguished Trilogy Award from the FBI's Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (LEEDA). Chief Bardwell is among multiple other Chiefs of Police and Law Enforcement Officials from Franklin County and beyond who completed this training.
This significant honor recognizes individuals who have completed the FBI-LEEDA's rigorous Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute, and Executive Leadership Institute training courses. These programs focus on enhancing leadership, decision-making, and organizational management skills that are essential for law enforcement leaders in today’s ever-changing world.
I guess the FBI never saw my petition. Why is Bardwell the only one wearing sunglasses… too cool to take them off? This guy is a joke who begged for a raise for his officers who, up to August 2026 (threat of arrest for disorderly after I was unlawfully approached by Belanger), continued to violate my rights. Something is seriously off with this guy.
He defended Jenkins when dozens of people signed a petition saying the detective had been a creep since high school. Bardwell called it “a rumor that spiraled out of control.” That’s the same move he made as a student. In the federal affidavit in Mlynick v. Town of Erving, Mlynick states that around 1996–97, when he drove the bus and worked at the school, parents organized kids—including a student named Gregory Bardwell—to write letters accusing him of drinking on the job and inappropriate touching. Mlynick says the other students on the bus debunked the claims, but the pressure still forced him to change routes. He put that in a sworn public filing. Then, as chief, Bardwell used nearly identical framing to wave off the Jenkins allegation: a rumor that got twisted, second- and third-hand information that spiraled away from the truth. The kid who participated in the letter campaign that didn’t hold up is now the chief dismissing a similar-style complaint against his own officer the same way.

All the videos are here for anyone who wants to put two and two together—something Bardwell can’t seem to do. He can’t even show basic respect and take his sunglasses off when everyone else in the photo and at the gas station is without them.

He deserves walking papers, not awards from the FBI.
I’m screenshotting this reply because I expect the cops will remove the post to obfuscate the truth.
